Daily Double Tips
A daily double combines two selections; learn the basic all-legs rule, void handling and the limits of a featured pair of tips.
A daily double is a multiple bet containing two selections, often drawn from the same day’s fixtures. In a standard double, both selections must win for the bet to win. A two-pick feature is a publishing format, not a promise that either selection—or the pair—will succeed.
Check both selections
For each leg, confirm the fixture, market, selection and settlement period. The legs might be in different matches or, where permitted, related markets; rules for combined selections can differ. A clear explanation should give a reason for each pick and make uncertainty visible rather than presenting the pair as a certainty.
Understand the outcome
If either selection loses, a standard double loses. If a selection is void, operators commonly recalculate the bet as a single on the remaining selection, subject to their rules. Promotional bet types or special multiples may settle differently, so check the operator’s terms and the final bet slip. The displayed combined price can change before placement.
Keep the stake in perspective
Two selections still expose the full stake to loss, and a combined price does not make the outcome dependable. Choose an affordable amount before kick-off, avoid increasing it after a loss and do not treat a daily tip as income. If the event or market details are unclear, do not place the bet.
No selection guarantees a return. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
