Reports published before Saturday’s Serie A matches named Paulo Dybala and Lautaro Martínez as unavailable. The reasons and reporting dates differed, so the snapshot should be read as pre-kickoff information.

Roma name Dybala among the absences

On 30 October, Roma announced a 22-player travelling squad for the match at Udinese. Gazzetta reported that Paulo Dybala had not recovered in time to join it. The game was scheduled for 31 October at Bluenergy Stadium. This is a dated report about squad availability before that match, not a statement about Dybala’s status after the weekend. Inter expected to be without Lautaro

Sky Sport Italia reported on 15 October that a muscle injury was expected to keep Lautaro Martínez out of the 31 October derby with Milan. The source described an expected absence for that fixture; it did not establish a return date. Ahead of the derby, Football Italia also reported Manuel Akanji’s comments urging Inter to avoid a poor start, but those remarks do not change the injury status. Sky Sport Italia · Football Italia.

The takeaway

For a dated account of the weekend, Roma’s squad announcement and Sky’s earlier Inter injury update are the verified checkpoints. They confirm the players’ reported availability for those fixtures, but they do not provide return-to-play dates or a current injury list.
